Return Policy

Please read the below before submitting a return or exchange request through our returns portal.

  • Sale items and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Only purchases shipped to a United States address are eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept international returns.
  • Making a purchase is an acknowledgement and acceptance of the return policy.
  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to submit a return or exchange.
  • We only accept returns for store credit. We do not offer refunds.
  • The customer pays for return shipping on both returns and exchanges.
  • You have 5 days once you receive the return postage to put your item in the mail in unwashed, unworn condition with tags attached in the original polybag.
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted outside of the 15 day window unless an accommodation has been requested to support@shoptuesday.com before the end of the 15 day window.
  • We do not accept washed items under any circumstances. You will not be issued store credit if we find that you have washed the returned garment. If you had been issued a store credit and we find later that your garment was washed, your store credit will be voided and any orders made with it will be cancelled. You have the right to have your washed garment shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Any exchange for an item that is later found to be out of stock will receive store credit in the amount of the item not able to be exchanged.
  • We reserve the right to charge a processing fee on returned goods that must be folded, re-tagged, lint rolled, steamed or re-bagged.
  • If you choose to use our instant exchange option, you will be charged full price for the exchange if the returned item is not shipped within 5 days. The return policy applies in full to your exchange order if you have been charged full price, no exceptions.
  • We do not accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost by USPS. You can submit a missing mail request with USPS here.
  • You will not be held accountable for any delays that occur after your item is in the hands of USPS.
